Notes: From April 25, 2020, customers who have a PVI card will only be served with a hospital fee guarantee policy at facility 1 of Thu Cuc International General Hospital located at 286 Thuy Khue Street, Tay Ho Ward, Hanoi.

2.1. Out-Patient Department
– Step 1: Patients are requested to provide some essential documents for guarantee
– Step 2: The receptionist helps patients check-in and guides the patients how to take an examination
– Step 3: Patients sign the payment documents and claim form. Patients only pay cash for items which are not covered by the insurance company
2.2. In-Patient Department
– Step 1: Patients are requested to provide some essential documents for the hospital fee guarantee process within 24 hours since hospital stay
– Step 2: Patients deposit the costs of treatment to the insurance company
– Step 3: The insurance company informs the initial fee to the hospital
– Step 4: The hospital informs the result of the hospital fee guarantee to the patient
